DARP now has new features and offers lots more flexibility. Drag and Drop makes altering your playout log smooth and much more manageable. The wall of audio is now a list which makes viewing and finding items a lot easier. That topped with a nice new graphical user interface makes DARP a dream to use. |
Floating and resizable windows make the use of two monitors possible. Size to an approximate width and height and then click on DOCK to get each window exact. Most window positions are remembered and when opened again remain in the same place with the same dimensions. If you have a wheel mouse scrolling is a lot easier too. |

Editing audio items is much the same but with revised, much slicker operations. Either double-click the item in the audio list, press CTRL+E or select 'Edit' from the 'Cart' menu. Each window has its own menus to make using DARP much easier. You can now use .MP2 and .MP3 files as well as compressed .WAVs. |
You can now manage user accounts from within DARP as long as you are logged in as an Administrator. You can also create an account which will automatically log you in to DARP when you start it up. You can set this to have whatever access level you wish. Users can also change their passwords when they log in if they wish. |
